Remembering Larry
Two words, "Remembering Larry", have been respectfully placed under the ARF logo every time it has appeared since Larry's untimely passing on April 19, 2009. In honor of the love and passion Larry "ARF" Palmieri had for our organization, "Remembering Larry" was displayed for exactly one year.
It is so hard to imagine ARF without Larry zipping around the yard with his wheel barrel wearing his unique hats and vintage t-shirts. It is a loss to us all the Larry is not with us now when we need him the most. I personally looked to him on so many occasions for help and advice that it saddens and hurts me deeply to go at ARF without him. We have to move on, there is no other choice. On that note, ARF will never forget Larry and his selfless volunteerism for the animals and group that he loved so much. His accomplishments and presence at ARF will never be forgotten because the Animal Rescue Foundation will forever be Remembering Larry "ARF", always.
