A Tail of Woe
(Part 2)

The winter was cold but it wasn't as bad as I thought.  They throw away a lot of good food in that Chute Gates dumpster!!  Thank God for that and for the heated window I could snuggle against during cold months.

Last time I talked to you I was going to tough out the winter and wait for ARF to re-open so they could find me a home.  I don't know much about building a shelter and donations but I do know that there's a lot of dirt where ARF used to be.  I hope they are making a new shelter with room for me.  After all, I'm a homeless cat and that's who they help.

I really wish they'd hurry up and build ARF.  It's really hot out and these         ticks and fleas are really bothering me.  I heard at ARF they get all the bugs off of you and give you shots.  They are even going to have a cat colony room where all us guys can hang out and strut our stuff around in front of the lady cats.  Sounds too good to be true but that's what I heard.  The thing I also heard was that they more of those donation things again to build that cat hangout.  I saved the last poster Chute Gates threw out and it said to send donations to ARF, PO BOX 538, Thomaston, CT 06787 or online at ARFCT.org.  I hope they hurry up because there's a bunch of us cats out here who need help.  Hey I gotta go.  I think I hear the dumpster being open and shut.  Lunchtime! Talk to you next time.
